Welcome to the Clarenceville School District

Our new and improved website holds a great deal of information about our school district, each individual school, our students and staff. Each of our buildings - Clarenceville High School, Clarenceville Middle School, Grandview Elementary and Botsford Elementary, have web pages that describe events and happenings at each respective building. Just click on the building link to visit a specific school site. This will help you stay abreast of school events and programs.

The Clarenceville School District’s number one goal is to keep “Students First” and reflects the commitment to place students first in improving student achievement, students first in academic excellence, students first in raising high school graduation rates, and students first in preparing our students for postsecondary options. As part of the district’s commitment to increasing academic achievement, improving our accountability and strengthening our responsiveness to the public we serve, I want to encourage everyone--Clarenceville School District employees, members of the public at large, students, parents, teachers and taxpayers--to be involved in our schools. Keeping you informed of what we are doing is an important part of that. As superintendent, I want the district to be as transparent as possible. These are your schools and your children we’re educating and we want you to be fully informed.

If you are considering a move to the Livonia area we want you to be a part of our unique school community. I am proud of the students, teachers, staff, administrators, Board of Education and the educational programming we work together to provide. The Clarenceville School District provides  strong educational programs inside of a solid comprehensive vertical curriculum that provides all students the opportunities to improve their learning.

Of our many strengths as a school district I am most proud of our ability to create personal relationships with our students and their families.  In each of our schools students have multiple opportunities to join a service organization, athletic team, or club which enables them to grow and learn.  When students become engaged in school activities it opens the door for parents to become involved too.  We welcome parent involvement and encourage all parents to take an active role in their student's education.

The Clarenceville School District has high academic standards, a disciplined, challenging learning environment and a strong commitment to providing a caring and safe learning atmosphere for all students.  We stand ready to serve you and your family.  If you have a child to enroll or a question about our programs please contact any of our building administrators or central office personnel.  We look forward to serving you.

Sincerely yours,

Paul K. Shepich
